How to MANUALLY flash a "nightly" on PAC-man Rom?

I have a PAC-man ROM running on  a Moto G XT1033 and I do not have an option to install a update by "PAC Console" (I dont know why). So, my only option is manually flash the "Nightly upstate". But every time that I try, I have to install and configure all my apps. Its like I have done a factory reset / format the phone. Pease, Help-me!

Let me start by thanking the developers for an amazing production. Google should hire you to do their official releases.
Down to business. Will this ROM work on the CDMA version of 2013 Moto G. All the info I can find searching google, says that data doesn't work on any custom roms.

You can use any of the recoveries. Check xda too, there is a newer unofficial build.

Oh for what i see the "best option" is this one, only a few questions more, thanks for your time.

i have the TWRP recovery from this post:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/d...l-t2949592

also the kernel (overkill) from the link you sended to me

http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/d...m-t3066124

after installing the twrp recovery i need to install the kernel before the rom right? i want to install the rom from the post you sended to me.

The kernel is a zip, i use install from zip and it is all?

after the kernel the fix for the camera and then the rom right?

again thanks for your time, is not the first time i use a custom recovery but it was for the samsung Galaxy5 or Europa, and this is... more hard hahah.
