Thanks for the fix!

Another general question is how often should I/we reflash to a nightly build? Is it just if we are having a certain issue and you see that someone might have fixed it (in the changelogs) OR are new milestones going to be declared for 4.4.2 (current one is Alpha); when is Beta declared, etc.

Yes, you can flash the newest nightly over PAC 4.2.2, but you need to make a clean install (wipe data, cache and dalvik)

Thanks alot...but still should i flash the legacy 4.3 devices or the nightly that is available in the downloads.

 Same problem here??? any help. i downloaded the zip file: pac-jflte-nightly-20140306 and im getting the popups. the rom is kind of working by gives me popups the process or app has stopped.  i am using a samsung galaxy s4 gti9505...??? help PLease

Did you install the gapps for kitkat and did you do a factory wipe before flashing the ROM?

i am running PAC rom 4.2.2 and before flashing it i was running samsung android 4.2.2...someone on the forum told me that the gapps should match the android version.??? Should it match the pac rom 4.4.2 version rather.

Gapps should match your android os version. Since, the new pacrom is based on kitkat 4.4.2 you'll need the 4.4.2 gapps. I forget the link that was posted about the gapps. U can try http://goo.im to find them.
Then factory wipe, flash pacrom, then flash Gapps (look for gapps-kk-20140105-signed.zip)

In the PAC Console. Open it in the Settings -> PAC Console.
