Gamma settings for PACMAN on N4
#1
hi
In order to overcome the N4 screen issues, I wanted to be able to change the IPS display calibration settings.

I thought PA/PACMAN offered these in the kernel - is that not right?
I couldn't find these settings - anyone knows if it is possible?

Also, is it possible to use any other kernels (like Franco's) on PACMAN?

I'm on the latest (Sept 10) nightly at the moment.

Many thanks for the hard work.

cheers

I'm not the maintainer for the N4 but I think that if you use another Kernel besides the one that's included with PAC, you should be able to get the option of changing the Gamma Settings.

Thanks for the response.
I actually found an app from the playstore called "Trickster Mod" that provided some color profile settings and fine tuning with the stock PAC kernel.

I've now installed the Faux 25m kernel and will buy his App to see if I can get even better results since more settings an be adjusted with his kernel/app apparently.
I'll report on that once I get the chance to play with it.
